What a GREAT workout for the Tri Tornadoes on Saturday, June 16th.
The workout started at 7 AM at the Baxter YMCA with a 2,000 meter swim. The workout then went to the Bike with a HILL REPEAT workout. The workout went 15 miles and really taxed the legs of the participants. The workout was completed with a 3 or 4 mile aerobic transition run.
Thanks to all who participated and hopefully the workout served the purpose of helping to prepare you for the next challenge, weather that is the next RACE or the next longer workout.
