For the week of March 4th – 10th, the Tri Tornadoes had a GREAT week of workouts and logged a bunch of miles. During the week we swam 64,500 yards, biked 336.5 miles and Ran 264.74 miles. These miles are just the beginning of our Six-Month training plan for our big team race of the year at REV3 Cedar Point on September 8, 2013. So, since starting March 1st, the Tri Tornadoes have logged 74,350 swim yards, 641.50 bike miles and 420.04 run miles. Here in Indiana we are still inside for our swimming and biking mileage. We are able to get outside some for our running, but some of the mileage is on treadmills at the Baxter YMCA.
