For the week of March 11th – 18th, the Tri Tornadoes worked hard and gave OUTSTANDING effort during a week of workouts where we logged 60,950 yards of swimming, 381 miles biking and ran 212.31 miles. The goal of this week was to continue logging miles so we will be ready to handle the training load that is coming later in the season. It was another good solid training week for the Tri Tornadoes!!
So, since starting March 1st, the Tri Tornadoes have logged 135,300 swim yards, 1,022.50 bike miles and 632.35 run miles. It is going to be an AWESOME Season for the Tri Tornadoes!!
