It is Thanksgiving week. This is a GREAT week to take it easy and cut down the total workout time and increase the FAMILY time. Use this week to go Short and FAST!! Do the same number of workouts, just shorten them down and go FAST. Start the process of getting faster. Make sure you just have FUN!!
