During the Triathlon off season, use trail running to break up the routine of running. Getting out into the woods and running on soft surfaces gives your body a break from the usual pounding it takes on pavement and also gives your mind a change of scenery. Try to go for a run in the woods this week. Hopefully the woods around your home also have some really cool HILLS!! Enjoy!
